Shipping policy

All shipping fees and free standard shipping thresholds on this page are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Free shipping refers to standard shipping. Oversize/heavy-item surcharges may apply as described below. Available services and final charges are shown at checkout.

 

Free shipping across Canada for orders of C$200 or more; free standard shipping to the United States for orders of C$250 or more.

Canada 

United States 

We use Canada Post expedited service, UPS and DHL for Canada and USA, standard shipping rate to Canada is C$20 per order below C$200; standard shipping to US addresses is C$25 per order below C$250, large items such as case of shuttlecocks or racquet bags are subjected to extra shipping cost, we cover up to C$25 shipping cost per order to US addresses, and will send you invoice to cover the amount exceeding C$25.

US customers pay for import duty and tariff at checkout. U.S. orders may be returned under our 7-day return policy and its eligibility conditions. Prepaid import duties and taxes are separate from the merchandise refund. Until we receive a refund of these charges from the carrier or customs authority, they are not included in the merchandise refund. If any amount is recovered, we will handle that amount separately. Recovery is not guaranteed.

International shoppers pay exact shipping cost confirmed by Canada Post, please send us an email to inquire shipping cost to your country. Usually smaller items will not cost too much and maybe covered by C$20 standard shipping rate, but racquets or bags are expensive to ship to international addresses.

Orders are usually shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after payment is cleared. For temporarily out-of-stock items, please contact us for the expected dispatch date; timing depends on the item and supplier availability.

Transit Time

Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery timing depends on the destination, selected service and carrier availability; international deliveries may also be affected by customs clearance. Express shipping does not shorten order processing time. For a time-sensitive order, contact cs@maxsports.ca before ordering to confirm the available service and estimated delivery timing.
