We use Canada Post expedited service for Canada and USA, standard shipping rate to Canada is $20 per order, $25 for orders shipping to US addresses, large items such as case of shuttlecocks or racquet bags are subjected to extra shipping cost, we cover up to $25 shipping cost per order to US addresses, and will send you invoice to cover the amount exceeding $25.
International shoppers pay exact shipping cost confirmed by Canada Post, please send us an email to inquire shipping cost to your country. Usually smaller items will not cost too much and maybe covered by $20 standard shipping rate, but racquets or bags are expensive to ship to international addresses.
Orders are usually shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after payment is cleared, 4 to 5 business days for temporary out of stock items.
