Payment Methods
In-store: Visa, Mastercard, debit, WeChat Pay, Alipay.
Online with WeChat Pay / Alipay: Place your order online, then scan the QR code below to complete payment. We will process your order after payment is received.

Fraud Screening
Orders flagged as high risk by our online anti-fraud system will not be processed.
Shipping
All shipping fees and free standard shipping thresholds below are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Oversize/heavy-item surcharges may apply as described below. Available services and final charges are shown at checkout.
Canada
Free shipping on orders of C$200 or more
Pickup in store: Free
To protect your order, in-store pickup requires either identity verification or a new card purchase in store. Please bring your order confirmation and identification. If you choose to purchase again in store, our staff will confirm how the original online order and any payment already made will be handled before you pay again.
Standard shipping: C$20 per order below the free standard shipping threshold
Carrier: UPS or Canada Post Expedited (selected based on service/availability)
United States
Free shipping on orders of C$250 or more
Standard shipping: C$25 per order below the free standard shipping threshold
Carrier: DHL (Extra fee) or Canada Post Expedited (included), DDP (Duty prepaid)
Order can not be cancelled or returned once shipped, duty paid is not refundable
Oversize / Heavy Items
Large items (e.g., cases of shuttlecocks, racquet bags) may incur additional shipping costs.
For U.S. addresses, we cover up to C$25 shipping per order; any amount exceeding C$25 will be invoiced before shipment.
International
International customers pay the exact shipping cost confirmed by UPS or Canada Post.
Please email us for a quote. Smaller items may fit our C$20 standard rate, but racquets/bags are typically more expensive to ship internationally.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes in their destination country.
Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.
For temporarily out-of-stock items, please contact us for the expected dispatch date; timing depends on the item and supplier availability.
Transit Time
Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery timing depends on the destination, selected service and carrier availability; international deliveries may also be affected by customs clearance. Express shipping does not shorten order processing time. For a time-sensitive order, contact cs@maxsports.ca before ordering to confirm the available service and estimated delivery timing.
