Online with WeChat Pay / Alipay: Place your order online, then scan the QR code below to complete payment. We will process your order after payment is received.

Canada

Free shipping on orders over C$200

Standard shipping: C$20 per order

Carrier: UPS or Canada Post Expedited (selected based on service/availability)

United States

Free shipping on orders over C$250

Standard shipping: C$25 per order

Carrier: DHL (Extra fee) or Canada Post Expedited (included), DDP (Duty prepaid)

Order can not be cancelled or returned once shipped, duty paid is not refundable

Oversize / Heavy Items

Large items (e.g., cases of shuttlecocks, racquet bags) may incur additional shipping costs.
For U.S. addresses, we cover up to C$25 shipping per order; any amount exceeding C$25 will be invoiced before shipment.

International

International customers pay the exact shipping cost confirmed by UPS or Canada Post.
Please email us for a quote. Smaller items may fit our C$20 standard rate, but racquets/bags are typically more expensive to ship internationally.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes in their destination country.

Processing Time

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.
Temporary out-of-stock items ship within 4–5 business days.
