YONEX WARRANTY
RACQUETS:
Yonex racquets come with 6 months limited warranty provided by Yonex Canada against factory defects, it is the best warranty in the world within Yonex’s distribution network, we have had a very high successful warranty claim rate, thanks for the great supports from Yonex Canada, that is the main reason that our customers tend to pay a little bit more to get CD coded racquets rather than those cheaper SP, TH or CH versions. To claim your warranty, please ship the defective racquet back to our store and pay for the postage, a shipping charge of $20 will be collected from you before we can initiate the claim process, upon inspection by Yonex Canada personal, a replacement racquet will be shipped to our store within 3 to 4 weeks if the warranty is approved, we will then ship it to your address, if the warranty is declined, Yonex will issue an official letter to explain the reason why warranty claim is denied.
SHOES:
Yonex badminton and tennis shoes come with 3 months warranty provided by Yonex Canada.
To claim your warranty, you can send the defective product to us (you have to pay for the shipping yourself), we will help you to send it to Yonex Canada for inspection, a $20 flat rate shipping charge applies. Upon approval by Yonex Canada, within 3 to 4 weeks, a replacement product will be shipped to our store, we will contact you when the replacement product arrives, if replacement product needs to be shipped to your address, a $20 shipping charge will be collected from you before we can ship it to you.
Claim Warranty Directly With Yonex Canada
You can also ship the claimed Yonex products with Yonex Canada yourself to save on shipping, purchase receipt needs to be included in the package. Upon approval, Yonex Canada will ship the racquet back to you directly:

STRINGING SERVICE:
As a registered Yonex International Stringing Team member, we are so confident of our stringing job, we offer 7 days warranty on our stringing service (first in Canada) if strings are supplied by us with tension not more than 26lbs.
