Hi Max Sports Team,
I purchased a Yonex 11 Pro racquet from you last week, but after playing only 5 games, the frame broke broken, Because it failed so quickly, I am concerned about its authenticity and quality OG or not.
Since the racquet is defective, please take the necessary action to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

The racket is good great and a lot lighter then the tour but the strings broke in like 30 hits not sure if there was something wrong with the strings or the tension. But other wise the racket is good.

Product is genuine and nicely priced. Shipping was longer than expected to the US.
